Meet The Maker
I’m Noshin, the founder and maker behind Vaasvi Jewellery! I moved to Vancouver, Canada back in 2016 as an international student from Bangladesh. Having grown up in Bangladesh, I always loved the traditional South Asian designs for jewellery but I also love the more muted tones and minimalist style of Western jewellery. When I started making polymer clay earrings, my goal was to combine these two distinct styles, and so Vaasvi was born - a fusion of traditional aesthetics and contemporary design, that speak to women like me who want to see sophisticated and versatile pieces that represent their love for tradition and cultural heritage!

The word ‘Vaasvi’ means night-time in Sanskrit (an ancient language of the South Asian region), which represents femininity. As I delved into the craft of polymer clay, I discovered a world of endless creativity and possibilities. I love mixing my own colours for every collection I make (find free colour recipes on our Instagram!) and love adding different textures and patterns making every design unique. I use high quality polymer clay and gold plated metals to represent the traditional style of gold jewellery from South Asia. Polymer clay is extremely light-weight and durable when baked properly, making it easy to add intricate designs to an earring without making the pieces too heavy and uncomfortable to wear. My goal is to make high quality, unique and luxurious jewellery at a reasonable and affordable cost!
Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days after receiving an order. We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada. This shipping option does not include tracking information. Orders shipped with free shipping can be expected to be delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Customers have the option to upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout. The shipping fee for this option will be automatically calculated based on the location. Deliveries within Canada using tracked shipping typically take 3 to 8 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary due to various factors such as holidays, worker strikes, and the delivery location being in a rural area. If you're located in the metro-Vancouver area and would like to pickup your order, please send us a message through the contact form below.

We offer shipping to the United States for a flat rate of $10 with tracking. The estimated delivery time for orders being shipped to the US is typically within 5 to 13 business days. For our international customers outside of Canada and the United States, we provide shipping for a flat rate of $20 without tracking. World-wide shipping may sometimes take up to 1 month depending on the location. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or any additional fees that may apply to international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Returns/Cancellations Policy
Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within this timeframe, and we will assist you accordingly.

Returns: We offer a 14-day return policy after an order is delivered. Please note that we do not provide pre paid return labels; the cost to ship the items for a refund is to be covered by the customer wanting a refund. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will make arrangements to send a replacement (subject to availability) or provide a refund for the full amount. To facilitate the refund process, please send us pictures of the damaged product when requesting a refund. We strive to ensure the quality of our products, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by a damaged item.

Product Care: Please be aware that our polymer clay earrings are flexible but not indestructible. We advise against bending or exerting excessive force on the earrings, as it may result in damage. Handle them with care to maintain their integrity and longevity. For more care instructions, please refer to our care card provided with your order.

Lost Packages: While we take precautions to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we are not responsible for any lost packages during transit. If you experience an issue with a lost package, please reach out to your local postal service for further assistance. However, we will do our best to support you and provide any necessary documentation required for your claim.
