Hi, I’m Noshin — the founder and maker behind Vaasvi Jewellery. Born in Bangladesh and now based in Vancouver, I created Vaasvi to blend the rich, ornate beauty of traditional South Asian jewelry with the clean, minimalist style I’ve come to love in the West. Using polymer clay as my main material, I’m able to design lightweight, affordable earrings that are both intricate and comfortable to wear. Each piece is handmade with care, incorporating gold-plated metals and custom-mixed clay colours to reflect a true cultural fusion of East and West.

Vaasvi means “nighttime” in Sanskrit — a symbol of femininity, strength, and grace. My goal is to create handcrafted jewelry that helps women feel seen, stylish, and connected to their roots. Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days after receiving an order. We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada. This shipping option does not include tracking information. Orders shipped with free shipping can be expected to be delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Customers have the option to upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout. The shipping fee for this option will be automatically calculated based on the location. Deliveries within Canada using tracked shipping typically take 3 to 8 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary due to various factors such as holidays, worker strikes, and the delivery location being in a rural area. If you're located in the metro-Vancouver area and would like to pickup your order, please send us a message through the contact form below.

We offer shipping to the United States for a flat rate of $10 with tracking. The estimated delivery time for orders being shipped to the US is typically within 5 to 13 business days. We are currently not offering international shipping outside of US. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or any additional fees that may apply to US orders are the responsibility of the customer. Returns/Cancellations Policy
Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within this timeframe, and we will assist you accordingly.

Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy after an order is delivered. Please note that we do not provide pre paid return labels; the cost to ship the items for a refund is to be covered by the customer wanting a refund. If a product arrives damaged or causes an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately, and we will make arrangements to send a replacement (subject to availability) or provide a refund for the full amount. To facilitate the refund process, please send us pictures of the damaged product when requesting a refund. We strive to ensure the quality of our products, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by a damaged item.

Product Care: Please be aware that our polymer clay earrings are flexible but not indestructible. We advise against bending or exerting excessive force on the earrings, as it may result in damage. Handle them with care to maintain their integrity and longevity. For more care instructions, please refer to our care card provided with your order.

Lost Packages: While we take precautions to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we are not responsible for any lost packages during transit. If you experience an issue with a lost package, please reach out to your local postal service for further assistance. However, we will do our best to support you and provide any necessary documentation required for your claim.
